Crystal CS Dev Lab 是一個開發與測試用的應用程式，用來測試客服機器人如何回覆傳到我們自己的 Facebook 專頁、Instagram 帳號與 WhatsApp 測試號碼的訊息。
Crystal CS Dev Lab is a development and testing app. It is used to test how a customer-service bot replies to messages sent to our own Facebook Page, Instagram account and WhatsApp test number.
只有你主動傳給上述帳號的訊息內容，以及平台提供的對話識別碼（例如粉絲專頁範圍的使用者 ID）。我們不收集通訊錄、位置或其他個人資料。
Only the content of messages you send to the accounts above and the conversation identifiers provided by the platform (such as page-scoped user IDs). We do not collect contacts, location or other personal data.
僅用於產生並送出回覆、在內部客服收件匣顯示對話，以及測試與除錯。資料不會出售、不用於廣告，也不會分享給第三方。
Only to generate and send replies, to show the conversation in our internal support inbox, and for testing and debugging. Data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties.
測試資料只保存到測試需要的期間，測試結束後刪除。
Test data is kept only as long as testing requires and is deleted afterwards.
